By creating an account or using Roleloft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
Roleloft is an AI-powered job application platform that helps users discover job listings, analyse resumes, generate cover letters, and manage their job search. The Service aggregates job listings from third-party sources and uses AI to assist users in preparing applications.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with 2 AI-assisted applications. After the trial period or upon exhausting free applications, a paid subscription is required to continue using AI features. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for fraudulent or misleading job applications; (b) submit false information in your profile or resume; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (d) use automated scripts to access the Service beyond its intended use; (e) resell or redistribute any AI-generated content as your own product.
Cover letters, resume suggestions, and other AI-generated content are provided as drafts for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to employers. Roleloft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific application.
We never fabricate experience. Our AI only rewrites and improves how your real experience is presented. We never invent companies, roles, or achievements.
Job listings displayed on Roleloft are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any job listing. Users should independently verify the legitimacy of any employer or job posting before applying or sharing personal information.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us with your account email.
The Roleloft platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Roleloft. You retain ownership of your personal data and resume content. By using the Service, you grant Roleloft a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Roleloft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed job opportunities, rejection outcomes, or losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
